Give monthly

A recurring gift is the most useful kind we receive. Our need arrives on a calendar — July and November — but our planning happens all year. Knowing what is coming lets us buy earlier, buy in bulk, and commit to families before the line forms. $10 a month sends six children to school ready over a year.

Give goods

We accept school supplies, shelf-stable food, and pet supplies. Because what we need changes by season, please contact us before collecting — it saves everyone a wasted trip.

Questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Empower 2 B You is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You will receive a receipt by email immediately, and we can provide an annual summary on request.

Where does my money actually go?

Into supplies. We are volunteer-driven with minimal administrative cost, and much of what we distribute is donated in kind — so cash gifts go primarily toward buying what our in-kind donations do not cover.

Can I give to a specific program?

Yes. Note the program when you give and we will direct it there.

Can I donate goods instead of money?

Yes, and we rely on it. Contact us first so we can tell you what is needed this season and arrange a drop-off.

Can my company donate?

Please. Grocery gift cards, bulk school supplies, and event space are the most useful things a business can give us. See Partner With Us.
